What we measure
Only official brand stores and sports retailers, no eBay, Amazon or replicas. A drop is a lower price than the previous one for the same offer. We ignore days when a large share of a store changes price at once, because that is usually a catalogue change, not a sale.
What we cannot say yet
Our archive is recent: we cannot yet say in which month a shirt drops the most, or how much it drops on average after launch. We will publish that here once the history covers a full season. Until then, the figures below are for the days recorded.
How to use it
If you are in no hurry, compare with last season's shirt from the same team: below you can see what each costs today. For a specific model, set a price alert on its page or check the verified price drops and lowest recorded prices, updated daily.
What our price history says
- How many shirts drop in price?
- Since 3 Sep 2026 we have tracked 4,883 shirt offers at official stores and retailers: 1,485 (30%) have dropped in price at least once.
- How much does a shirt usually drop?
- The median drop is 10%, and one in four drops by 18% or more.
- Is last season's shirt cheaper?
- Yes, in most cases: across 135 shirts of the same team and kit on sale in two seasons at once, last season's costs a median 32% less than the new one today (the middle half of cases, between 15% and 42% less).
